Job Summary

Support the Digital Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) tower by translating business requirements into solution designs, authoring functional specifications, and troubleshooting application and system integration issues. Work within Pratt & Whitney’s Center of Excellence to implement and enhance enterprise MES solutions, including integrations with SAP ERP and other enterprise products. Collaborate with DevOps and internal customers, manage partners and suppliers, and deliver projects on schedule while operating in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Bridge gaps between business processes and MES functionality and capabilities.
•Translate customer requirements into solution design and author functional specifications.
•Troubleshoot business process issues against system capabilities and resolve integration/compatibility problems.
•Engage with DevOps solution management and manage work through the software development lifecycle.
•Provide production and end-user support for MES solutions and support integrations with other enterprise products.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of related experience; or an advanced degree and 3+ years of related experience.

•Skills with JIRA in support of DevOps management.
