Key Responsibilities

•Own and scale the VCA Commercial Money Solutions (CMS) practice across priority clients and segments, defining consulting propositions aligned to Visa priorities.
•Develop CMS playbooks and delivery models, and act as a thought leader for commercial payments and money movement with clients and internal stakeholders.
•Lead end-to-end client engagements, including market sizing, CVP/product strategy, go-to-market and pricing/sales design, and operating model, risk, and execution roadmaps.
•Drive pipeline creation, deal structuring, and revenue realization for CMS, including cross-sell with related Visa services.
•Lead multidisciplinary VCA teams and oversee delivery governance, KPIs, and performance tracking for CMS programs.

Key Requirements

•10+ years in management consulting, payments, banking, or fintech with deep exposure to commercial/B2B payments and money movement.
•Strong track record leading large-scale consulting or transformation programs, including working with C-suite/EVP-level executives.
•Deep understanding of commercial card ecosystems, B2B payment flows, and emerging money movement models.
•Familiarity with commercial CVP, pricing, risk economics, and operating models, with comfort discussing P&L/NR.
•Proven ability to build and lead teams in a matrix environment (player–coach capability).
