Job Summary

Support Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and CIC clients by owning high-touch treasury management onboarding, implementation, and ongoing service. Coordinate complex setups (entitlements, controls, ACH/wires, Positive Pay, BAI reporting, Remote Deposit Capture), troubleshoot payment and file exceptions, and act as an escalation point. Partner across Relationship Management, Treasury Sales, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Product to ensure compliance, audit-ready documentation, and durable resolutions while improving onboarding workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end CRE/CIC onboarding, implementation, and product maintenance for complex operating and transactional needs.
•Validate entitlement structures, user roles, dual controls, ACH/wire limits, and approval workflows aligned to client and bank policy.
•Coordinate testing and cutover for ACH, wires, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Positive Pay, and reporting services; perform post-implementation reviews.
•Provide advanced treasury management product and service support, troubleshoot exceptions and file errors, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes.
•Ensure compliance with banking laws/policies, maintain audit-ready documentation, enforce strong controls, and escalate operational/client risk issues as needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•3+ years experience in treasury management, banking operations, or a related role supporting Commercial Banking, CRE, or CIC clients.
•3+ years experience with core treasury products and services including payments, receivables, electronic banking, and depository solutions.
•3+ years experience leading implementations, resolving escalations, and working directly with clients and senior internal partners.
•3+ years experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
