Key Responsibilities

•Oversee timely and accurate preparation and filing of federal, state, and local income tax returns for both corporate and partnership entities
•Oversee withholding tax compliance, manage preparation and filing of Forms 1042 and 1042-S, and ensure compliance with applicable Chapter 3 and FATCA requirements, including documentation (e.g., Forms W-8/W-9) and withholding determinations
•Manage sales and use tax compliance, including registrations, filings, exemption certificate processes, and audit support
•Manage property tax compliance, including renditions, assessments, appeals, and coordination with external advisors
•Ensure compliance with evolving tax laws and regulations across all jurisdictions, and maintain standardized processes, controls, and documentation to support compliance and audit readiness

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related field;
•10+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting and/or industry
•Strong knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local tax regulations, including corporate and partnership taxation
•Strong knowledge of ASC 740 tax provision and financial reporting
•Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
