Senior Procurement Engineer (KSA, SA)

Lead technical procurement for operating goods and services by evaluating suppliers, negotiating purchase agreements, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment. Develop procurement strategies aligned to project objectives, cost targets, and quality requirements, while reviewing technical specifications and drawings. Manage end-to-end procurement from requisition to delivery, monitor supplier performance, and support HSE initiatives. Mentor junior procurement staff and maintain accurate documentation and records.
