Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end order fulfillment, ensuring accurate order processing, shipment execution, and on-time delivery.
•Coordinate daily warehouse and transportation operations with third-party logistics providers to maintain service excellence.
•Monitor and reconcile inventory levels to ensure accurate stock records and timely discrepancy resolution.
•Oversee import logistics activities with brokers, freight forwarders, and warehouse partners to support inbound shipments.
•Maintain logistics documentation, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain operations, preferably in a complex global organization.
•Strong knowledge of transportation, inventory management, warehouse operations, and third-party logistics (3PL) provider management.
•Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, to analyze and manage operational data.
•Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
