Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to all safety protocols, use correct tools/equipment, and ensure PPE compliance for you and your crew.
  • •Support team operations by communicating clearly, solving problems, and maintaining a positive crew dynamic.
  • •Assist with shoveling, raking, wheelbarrow operation, signaling operators, and moving materials per jobsite directions.
  • •Operate small power tools (e.g., jackhammer) and manage traffic control devices such as signs, cones, and barricades.
  • •Prepare job sites by digging, spreading, and leveling construction materials, and report concerns to your manager.

Key Requirements

  • •Must consistently follow safety protocols and company policies and wear required PPE (OSHA/MSHA and company standards).
