Key Responsibilities

  • •Set research priorities and direction for yourself and your direct reports, linking the team’s work to squad and business goals.
  • •Turn research into clear opportunities that influence the focus, priorities, and product direction of the Verification squad.
  • •Help teams understand what they need to learn now, what comes next, and how decisions contribute to the longer-term Verification experience.
  • •Lead through people by setting expectations, supporting your direct reports’ performance, and course-correcting when needed.
  • •Personally lead strategic or complex research projects while raising research quality and capability across the team and squad.
