Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as strategic advisor to customers, providing guidance on MongoDB best practices and overall technology strategy, including enablement sessions and recommendations to accelerate time-to-value.
  • •Guide customers through the customer journey by overseeing the technical success plan from committed ARR to active consumption, including deployment health and operating/maturing MongoDB environments.
  • •Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks for complex accounts by designing custom remediation plans and implementing best practices.
  • •Facilitate resolution of high-stakes customer challenges and de-escalate critical issues, including outages with financial impact and designing custom MongoDB solutions when needed.
  • •Build and execute account plans to mitigate risk and drive growth, lead executive business reviews, document interactions in Gainsight and Salesforce.com, and provide signals from MongoDB Atlas to internal product and leadership teams.

Key Requirements

  • •9+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Professional Services, or similarly customer-centric roles for a technical product (ideally consumption-based).
  • •5+ years accountable for customer health and revenue realization for a portfolio of accounts (Forbes Global 2000 customers).
  • •Fluency in French and English.
  • •A strong technology mindset and aptitude to learn databases and MongoDB; prior exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure is a plus.
  • •Demonstrated continuing technical education (e.g., MongoDB DBA track, hyperscaler certifications) and the ability to build or improve processes with autonomy.
