Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage BEOL RD&E programs for the MDP service business unit, including new service product development performance.
  • •Develop service product roadmaps and manage product portfolios/investments.
  • •Lead customer application understanding and development to enable new product introduction.
  • •Ensure on-time delivery, cost, and quality of new products/technologies to support customer and growth commitments.
  • •Lead project management (PMP), product lifecycle processes (PLC), and continuous improvement activities (including ECO), and coordinate quality/productivity/sustaining engineering with customers and operations.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant experience with a higher science/engineering related degree (Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, Physics, Electrical, or related field).
  • •MS or PhD preferred.
  • •Domain expertise in materials/deposition/plasma and semiconductor processes, including PVD, CVD, and ALD.
  • •Strong program management and product lifecycle management experience with new product introduction and a performance-based track record.
  • •Customer-focused experience using Voice of Customer (VOC) and strong communication to influence cross-functional teams.
