Senior Cost Estimator – EV Construction Management

Serve as the primary, day-to-day commercial interface with clients on complex, schedule-driven construction programs. Lead cost planning, estimating, forecasting, and robust cost control across design and construction milestones, including change orders and final account closeout. Manage contingency, valuations, commercial audits, and contractor/subcontractor pricing reviews. Support infrastructure- and MEP-intensive campus projects, including EV charging and fleet-support systems, and mentor junior staff while producing executive cost presentations and monthly reporting.
