  • •Significant technical leadership on complex projects, including architecture, design reviews, implementation strategy, and mentoring engineers.
  • •Experience leading engineers through technical direction, coaching, project leadership, and people management.
  • •Track record delivering projects and collaborating across Engineering, Product, Design, and Operations.
  • •Up-to-date knowledge of modern software languages and developer tools, including Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, and SQL/MySQL, plus cloud-native systems.
