  • •Supervise employees across production/operations activities including assembly, inspection, testing, and final test for capital equipment and components.
  • •Set priorities for production schedules, support performance metric development and tracking, and conduct milestone meetings to improve cycle time and other KPIs.
  • •Respond to operations issues affecting customer satisfaction, ensure conformance to customer/vendor requirements, and drive corrective actions based on cost of quality.
  • •Oversee accident and injury prevention, ensure EH&S training completion and compliance with safety policies and procedures, and implement Lean, Safety, and Quality initiatives.
  • •Develop personnel through training and career development, manage performance management, and handle selection, hiring, reward, and discipline processes.
