Job Summary

Lead product marketing initiatives to drive product adoption, user engagement, and customer retention. Own product positioning and messaging, develop and execute go-to-market strategies for launches and feature releases, and coordinate across sales, product, marketing, and customer success. Design onboarding experiences using in-app messaging and tutorials, track engagement and retention metrics, and build KPI-driven reporting to recommend improvements and optimize upsell and cross-sell campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and refine product positioning and messaging for target audiences.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication across channels.
•Lead go-to-market strategy development and execution for new launches and feature releases.
•Coordinate with sales, product, marketing, and customer success teams for aligned product introductions.
•Design onboarding experiences and guide users using in-app messaging, tutorials, and related tools; measure engagement and retention and report insights.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
•3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry.
•Proven success with product launches and marketing campaigns.
•Strong analytical skills to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus familiarity with marketing tools (CRM, marketing automation, analytics).
