Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes on-site and recommend/sell equipment upgrades and service enhancements.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new systems to protect their families.
  • •Maintain technical excellence as the smart home expert and represent Vivint at customers’ homes.
  • •Conduct safety analysis of each home to ensure a safe workplace for customers and technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
