Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, and negotiate inbound/outbound software licenses, technology, and IP agreements.
  • •Counsel engineering clients on contract terms, software, compliance, AI solutions, and dispute resolution.
  • •Advise on open-source software use, including compliance with policies and code scanning.
  • •Provide guidance on product development and legal risk management.
  • •Develop and deliver internal training, and monitor emerging legal/regulatory issues affecting datacenter, AI, semiconductor, hardware, and software products.

Key Requirements

  • •JD degree and admission to practice law in a U.S. state.
  • •Experience as a practicing attorney (law firm and in-house preferred).
  • •Expertise in intellectual property law, technology licensing, and open-source counseling.
  • •Experience advising on AI laws and governance (e.g., EU AI Act) and model development.
  • •Familiarity with compliance frameworks and dispute resolution.
