Key Responsibilities

  • •Refine people analytics frameworks and data standards to ensure accurate, compliant, and scalable analytics, metrics, and insights.
  • •Plan and execute high-priority data projects, managing end-to-end deliverables for talent acquisition, international strategy, and PS&A initiatives.
  • •Coach, mentor, and upskill PS&A analysts to build technical excellence and professional growth.
  • •Diagnose complex data integrity and technical pipeline challenges, mitigating workforce data risks and identifying operational opportunities.
  • •Research, identify, and prototype next-generation AI and automation tools, then communicate results through executive presentations and recommendations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,700 - 229,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (or a Master’s with equivalent quantitative focus) plus 7 years (or 5 years for Master’s) performing data analytics.
  • •At least 5 years of experience performing professional data analysis work.
  • •At least 5 years of experience leading and developing with open source data technologies.
  • •At least 2 years of experience managing people.
  • •Strong problem-solving and conceptual thinking, with the ability to communicate insights to senior leadership.
