Job Summary

Support the supermarket team to deliver Partner-led service and great food experiences for customers. Replenish stock, ensure products are correctly placed, and fulfill online orders for drivers and Click & Collect. Help reduce wastage by following due diligence and markdowns, provide support across checkout and on-demand orders as needed, and maintain a safe, tidy store environment. Some shifts include night work with a night premium.

Key Responsibilities

•Replenish stock and keep shelves full with products in the right place at the right time.
•Fulfill online customer orders for delivery by drivers.
•Reduce wastage by following product due diligence and markdowns for items reaching sell-by dates.
•Support the wider shop team as needed, including checkout support and Click & Collect and on-demand order fulfillment.
•Maintain a safe and tidy working environment with general shopkeeping tasks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 13 hourly

Key Requirements

•Communication skills to work effectively with the team and customers.
•Experience of working in a customer facing role (welcomed).
•Up to date knowledge and a strong interest in food and drink trends.
•Flexible approach to support the whole branch.
