Key Responsibilities

  • •Increase win rates by partnering with Go To Market teams during late-stage sales.
  • •Conduct operational and technical discovery to deliver solutioning using deep Carta and industry knowledge.
  • •Serve as the client’s trusted advisor through onboarding and parallel periods to eventual go-live.
  • •Project manage cross-functional conversion from a prior administrator to Carta, ensuring smooth transitions and governance/escalation channels.
  • •Partner with R&D and Delivery on non-standard items and help clients maximize value through education and feature request frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of private capital accounting and operational experience.
  • •Experience using AI tools and workflows; familiarity with Claude or similar LLMs is a plus.
  • •Prior experience in private capital financial services.
  • •Ability to build and manage new customer account relationships.
