Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Lead day-to-day client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and building long-term partnerships with key stakeholders across levels
•Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and new initiatives to contribute to revenue targets
•Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, and Media teams to deliver integrated, insight-driven IMC campaigns and translate briefs into actionable plans
•Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget control, with clear briefs for internal teams
•Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment and driving accountability

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of Senior Account Manager experience (IMC Agency experience preferred)
•Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns (IMC) with a strong focus on social media
•Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
•Understanding and deep knowledge in IMC campaigns
•Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
