Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a resource to identify and resolve complex client servicing issues and improve client relationships with quality service.
  • •Coach other tellers on efficient, accurate performance of teller functions and teller line operations.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller scheduling, staffing issues, and branch operational standards; provide direction on operational and regulatory procedures.
  • •Monitor compliance by balancing cash drawer within guidelines and following compliance, audit, and security procedures.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations, educate clients on products/access channels, and transition clients to a banker for deeper discussions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •3+ years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
  • •3+ years of experienced cash handling.
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork while managing multiple tasks and time effectively.
