Job Summary

Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for IT solutions supporting Allianz’s digital transformation. Work in agile cross-functional teams to elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria. Model processes and system behavior with UML/BPMN, validate and prioritize requirements with stakeholders, support delivery during sprints, and contribute to test case definition and user acceptance testing.

•Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions.
•Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications for development teams.
•Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and testers in agile cross-functional teams.
•Model business processes and system behavior using UML, BPMN, or similar notations.
•Validate and prioritize requirements with stakeholders, ensuring traceability; support implementation and contribute to test cases and UAT.

Key Requirements

•Solid knowledge of requirements engineering (elicitation, analysis, specification, validation); IREB CPRE Foundation Level is a plus.
•Practical experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and with Jira and Confluence.
•Strong analytical and conceptual thinking to structure complex business problems and communicate clearly.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
•2–3 years of professional experience as a Requirements Engineer, Business Analyst, or comparable role; ideally in IT or financial services.
