Job Summary

Join ASML’s TW CSCM Regional Operations as a 3rd party logistics and warehouse operational planner. You will drive vendor KPI performance, coordinate with internal planning teams and 3PL partners, and lead continuous improvement in planning processes to ensure reliable logistics and order execution. You’ll monitor KPIs, manage escalations, and collaborate with cross-functional and international teams using data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and drive vendor order management KPIs within ASML IT systems, ensuring consistent performance across all executing parties
•Ensure 3PL compliance with agreed KPIs and processes, proactively addressing deviations to protect operational performance
•Drive timely resolution of operational issues by supporting vendors, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and managing escalations when required
•Lead root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurring issues and improve execution reliability
•Monitor, analyze, and report operational performance using data from multiple sources to support decision‑making and management reviews

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration, or equivalent working and thinking level.
•Experience in vendor KPI management and coordination with 3PLs and internal/external execution departments.
•Analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven approach; strong English communication.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI/Power Query is a plus.
•Ability to work independently while aligning with team leads and senior colleagues, and collaborate with international teams.
