Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end project management for customer implementations, driving kickoff through go-live and stabilization.
  • •Lead complex health system and hospital implementations with multiple stakeholders, phased rollouts, and enterprise technical environments.
  • •Build and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, risk registers, and status reports across concurrent implementations.
  • •Serve as the primary technical project owner for Epic EMR implementations, from requirements gathering through interface activation and go-live.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in technical project management, implementation management, or program management.
  • •Deliver complex, multi-stakeholder technology implementations in healthcare settings, including large health systems and hospitals.
  • •Hands-on experience implementing or managing Epic EMR customers, including Epic technical requirements, integration architecture, and configuration workflows.
  • •Knowledge of health plan and provider workflows, risk adjustment, and quality management programs (HEDIS, Stars, RAF).
  • •Background in health tech, healthcare SaaS, EHR/EMR vendors, health system consulting, or payer/provider IT/operations.
