•Repair larger-sized dents on steel and aluminum vehicle panels using paintless dent repair techniques
•Apply advanced glue-pulling methods to address hail damage, repair creases, and restore body lines
•Use state-of-the-art tools within Carvana inspection centers while maintaining quality standards
•Follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment
•Work in a fast-paced production environment and meet scheduling needs, including mandatory overtime when required

Salary: USD 31 - 41 hourly

•Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience
•Use advanced glue-pulling techniques, including hail repair and repairing creases and body lines
•Physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently
•Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some roles may require an MVR check)
•Use safety equipment such as face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective gear
