Key Responsibilities

•Manage a portfolio of accounts, including proactive review, monitoring, and ongoing interaction with the Credit Analyst.
•Review and recommend credit decisions; advise on appropriate credit structures, pricing, and credit terms.
•Partner with Relationship Managers to assess viability, define borrowers/guarantors, and develop deal structure, conditions, covenants, and collateral value.
•Generate commitment letters and provide credit lending policy interpretation to business partners.
•Perform final risk rating analysis; document decisions and collaborate on portfolio monitoring, deal reviews, and renewals/modifications.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting).

•Experience managing an advanced, complex commercial client portfolio.
•Expertise in financial and risk analysis, including financial modeling.
