Build and improve core machine learning components for real production systems from day one. Work across data, training, evaluation, and inference—fine-tuning and adapting models within larger production workflows. Implement evaluation and testing, develop and maintain robust data pipelines, and debug production issues while optimizing for latency, cost, reliability, and safety. Collaborate closely with senior ML engineers and product teams and iterate based on real user feedback.
