Prepare U.S. federal, international, and state corporate income tax packages and annual information report filings, plus manage monthly and quarterly sales and use tax filings and foreign withholding tax compilations. Reconcile transaction tax general ledger accounts and perform return-to-provision analysis. Apply internal controls aligned to CP&P and GAAP, drive continuous departmental improvements, and support automation and special projects for the Global Financial Services (GFS) tax group in Mandaluyong.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare tax compliance deliverables including corporate income tax packages, annual information report filings, and monthly/quarterly sales and use tax filings.
•Manage tax withholding activities, including foreign withholding tax compilations, and complete other sales tax duties such as commercial activity and property tax filings.
•Reconcile transaction tax general ledger accounts and perform return-to-provision analysis plus other ad-hoc tasks.
•Apply internal controls in compliance with Corporate Policies and Procedure (CP&P) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
•Identify continuous improvement opportunities and support automation of reports and data analytic processes, including documenting automated workflows and assisting special projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other 4-year Finance courses; preferably a Certified Public Accountant.
•At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, and U.S. or local tax transactions.
•Advanced proficiency in Office365 applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
•Working knowledge of Oracle FCC, OneSource, or other tax software (preferred).
•Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, and Power Apps (preferred).
