Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and tailor project-level BIM standards, including BEPs, naming conventions, QA/QC checklists, CDE folder structures, and alignment to NBIMs, NCIS, AIA, BIMForum, and ISO 19650.
  • •Oversee day-to-day BIM production by U.S. BIM staff and enterprise-capabilities partners, ensuring alignment to BEPs, standards, scope, and agreed LOD/IO requirements.
  • •Run QA reviews and audits of models, triage issues, document deficiencies/non-compliance, and escalate persistent systemic problems to the BIM Manager Lead.
  • •Hands-on production and backfill: produce, correct, or complete model content directly when deliverables are late, incomplete, or below standard (including Revit modeling and smart-object templates).
  • •Support project delivery and reporting by coordinating model setup and shared coordinates, running clash detection/workflows, integrating 3D/4D/5D, and reporting BIM KPIs and compliance metrics monthly.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years of relevant experience, or Associate’s degree plus 8 years, or HS Diploma plus 10 years in BIM/digital delivery (including 2 years coordinating multidisciplinary BIM work).
  • •Experience establishing and enforcing BIM standards and overseeing multidisciplinary teams, preferably within the U.S. market or on U.S. projects (data center/mission-critical experience preferred).
  • •Demonstrated experience coordinating, overseeing, and performing QA on work produced by offshore/enterprise-capabilities teams, with ability to hold remote teams accountable to standards and schedule.
  • •Strong hands-on Revit skills, including the ability to step in and produce or correct model content across disciplines.
  • •Deep experience with Forma, Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D, plus experience with BEP authoring, QA/QC frameworks, and model lifecycle management.
