Key Responsibilities

  • •Set technical direction and define what to build and how to build it for AI voice agent experiences.
  • •Build and ship voice agent experiences from zero-to-one, iterating quickly based on real driver interactions.
  • •Own system architecture for agent coordination, context sharing, concurrent interaction arbitration, and real-time decision explainability.
  • •Make and document architectural tradeoffs as requirements evolve, prioritizing generalizable foundations over one-off solutions.
  • •Serve as the technical anchor: review designs, unblock decisions, mentor engineers, and introduce full-stack/AI-assisted engineering patterns.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of professional software engineering experience with ownership from concept through production.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Recent end-to-end experience shipping LLM/agent-based products in production, including evaluation of AI behavior.
  • •Experience with memory, context, or retrieval systems for AI applications (e.g., RAG pipelines, vector databases, long-lived session context).
  • •Strong programming and design fundamentals in Go, TypeScript, and Python; experience designing APIs and service boundaries.
