Support IT shared services and systems by maintaining and updating central documentation, assisting with policy and configuration implementation, and coordinating end-to-end tasks across business, IT teams, and suppliers. Handle priority 1 and priority 2 incidents/service requests, support hardware and application configuration testing, and help with installations (servers, PCs, POS, peripherals) and go-live support. Prepare Excel/PowerPoint operational reports and provide periodic status updates on operations and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

•Support IT shared services and system-related tasks and maintain central documentation for sub-teams’ adherence to process.
•Assist with reviewing and implementing IT policies and configurations into end-user compute systems using subject matter experts.
•Coordinate end-to-end tasks with business, IT teams, and suppliers to meet assigned goals.
•Support critical situation handling for priority 1 and priority 2 incidents or service requests.
•Carry out/coordinate hardware installations, assist with hardware configuration and application testing, and provide go-live support; produce periodic operational reports.

Key Requirements

•0–2 years of IT industry experience in a multi-user commercial environment.
•Knowledge of base operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux).
•Working knowledge of cloud-based productivity suites (Office365, Google).
•Understanding of network & compute stacks (Domain, TCP, web servers).
•Functional knowledge of common IT infrastructure (routing, switching, firewalls, network monitoring/management), servers, and external services (cloud, SD WAN).
