Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end issuer activation programs and support go-to-market initiatives to accelerate growth.
  • •Collaborate across product, services, and account management teams to operationalize activation strategies and ensure alignment.
  • •Execute customer engagement plans tied to defined revenue opportunities and develop strategies to maximize revenue.
  • •Determine required resources and GTM materials to support clients across onboarding, implementation, activation, adoption, and growth.
  • •Drive continuous improvement of the client lifecycle and identify new use cases and potential distribution/technology partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong commercial payments experience in payments or financial services, focused on growth, expansion, and revenue optimization.
  • •Advanced understanding of B2B and travel & entertainment (T&E) payment flows, business needs, and card economics.
  • •Experience with consultative sales, relationship management, and product commercialization in financial services or payments (commercial issuing preferred).
  • •Knowledge of product management tools and ability to develop market/product plans, project timelines, pricing, and business cases.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; fluency in English (other languages preferred).
