Assistant Restaurant Manager (QA)

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to achieve sales, cost, retention, and guest satisfaction targets. Supervise front- and back-of-house staff, monitor dining room and kitchen activities, and support training, procedures, and health & safety compliance. Manage inventory, coordinate supplier deliveries, handle guest feedback, schedule shifts and labor costs, and support reporting, budgeting, and staff evaluations while ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards.
