•Lead, optimize, and oversee IT asset lifecycle management for software licenses, hardware components, and cloud resources across engineering branches.

•Architect and govern the CMDB and ITAM toolsets to maintain data integrity across multiple technology domains.
•Support enterprise contracting by analyzing license agreements (ELAs), managing vendors, and evaluating software maintenance renewals.

Pay and Benefits

Key Requirements

•Manage major enterprise licensing models (e.g., VMware/VCF per-core, Microsoft EA, Oracle, SaaS) and defend against compliance audits.
•Understand federal procurement frameworks, IT service management (ITSM), and strategic resource planning.
•Engineer workflows within enterprise ITAM/CMDB platforms to automate asset tracking and discovery.
•Track license distributions and system dependencies using enterprise systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps), with strong IT domain knowledge including cloud-native and virtualization licensing.
