Key Responsibilities

  • •Model projects for new developments: explore material and know-how scenarios, run feasibility studies (sketches, calculations, regulatory) and define risk/function analysis strategy (AMDEC).
  • •Create 3D volume models and design technical solutions in SolidWorks.
  • •Produce technical drawings and functional dimensioning, and participate in development meetings until study finalization via BE planning.
  • •Coordinate prototyping and mockups with partner workshops or the internal fab lab; support partners through plan reviews, samples, mockups, and prototypes.
  • •Build and manage prototype test plans, support industrialization for compliance with specifications/design, and update technical documentation through pre-series launch.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s-level education (BAC+5) in an engineering school or university.
  • •Minimum 6 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • •Strong project management skills.
  • •Very strong command of design/engineering tools (CAO).
  • •Fluent English; Italian practice is a plus.
