Investigate and triage payment exceptions, delays, and failures, then escalate issues to the right teams while performing reconciliation and balancing (general ledger, settlement verification). Maintain accurate documentation for audits and improve operational reliability through research and process gap identification.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor immediate payments systems, queues, alerts, dashboards, and transaction activity to verify processing and identify issues.
•Perform scheduled system checks, including transaction status reviews, exception monitoring, network validation, and operational readiness checks.
•Investigate and triage operational exceptions, payment delays or failures, and system alerts.
•Escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders (technology, operations, product, risk, compliance, vendors, and networks) according to established procedures.
•Perform reconciliation and balancing, including general ledger review, offset validation, and settlement verification.

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

•Ability to work independently during weekends, holidays, and non-standard hours.
