•Own the conversion journey on paid landing pages, leading the experimentation roadmap to turn traffic into leads.

•3-5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience beyond Paid Search and Paid Social, with a track record of building and scaling at least one channel from an early stage (e.g. Native Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, direct placements, programmatic, or affiliate)
•Strong analytical skills – you're comfortable turning campaign data into clear decisions and recommendations
•Experience designing and running A/B tests, with a solid understanding of test design and statistical significance
•A builder mindset: you're energised by setting up channels and measurement frameworks where little or nothing exists yet
•Fluent in German (required – essential for the DE market, publisher relationships, and creative work)
•Fluent in English (company working language)
