Sample Dispatch Technician (M/F/D)

Coordinate end-to-end dispatch of R&D samples from the Cambridge site, ensuring shipments are correctly packaged, documented, and delivered on time. Manage domestic and international logistics by air, road, and sea, prepare labels and customs paperwork, and track shipments to resolve transport issues. Use Excel to report KPIs, support audits and continuous improvement, and deliver samples between Cambridge sites when required.
