Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the I4.0 product roadmap aligned to business objectives and manufacturing strategies.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, IT, data science, operations) to deliver integrated smart manufacturing solutions.
  • •Gather, analyze, and prioritize end-user and stakeholder requirements; develop business cases and validate impact for high-ROI implementation.
  • •Collaborate globally to deploy and maintain data science solutions in production, ensuring data quality, integrity, and continuous improvement.
  • •Document development artifacts and present progress to peers, senior management, and external partners; standardize tools and processes across sites.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in smart manufacturing, process engineering, or similar operations with proven I4.0 project delivery.
  • •Proven experience leading cross-functional and global teams with strong collaboration across peers and management.
  • •3+ years of hands-on experience in data science, analytics, or related roles.
  • •Strong knowledge of data engineering (ETL, data warehousing, SQL, data management such as Snowflake) plus web development (Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML) and BI tools (Tableau, Power Platform), with API and Agile experience.
