Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical deal cycle across assigned opportunities, helping firms scale by solving hurdles in financial reporting, automated billing, and trust accounting compliance.
  • •Define and lead the demo strategy for the financial performance suite (including Clio Accounting and Clio Payments) and set standards for sales demos.
  • •Collaborate with Sales to articulate Clio’s financial capabilities and third-party integrations, connecting product features to business value and ROI.
  • •Partner with Sales to drive revenue goals and contribute to team targets.
  • •Support the full sales lifecycle, from technical scoping and architecture through handoff to Customer Success, and influence the product roadmap with market feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of experience managing law firm operations as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Clerk, or Firm Administrator, or 2 years selling/supporting financial SaaS (e.g., Aderant, Xero, Quickbooks, Sage, NetSuite).
  • •Ability to clearly explain complex technical or financial solutions to different stakeholders.
  • •Solid understanding of cloud technologies, including APIs, financial database migrations, and security infrastructure.
  • •Creative, curious problem-solving mindset for difficult technical or operational issues.
  • •Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with internal teams and external customers.
