Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the cost manager’s tasks within a project team and gain insight into the full Cost Management scope.
  • •Contribute to cost planning, cost steering, and cost control for complex data centre construction projects.
  • •Work on project data management, including maintaining project databases.
  • •Support preparation of analyses, cost controlling, reporting, and invoice review.
  • •Collaborate with your team to develop optimal and innovative solutions for customers.

Key Requirements

  • •You are an enrolled student (m/w/d) and are in at least the 4th Bachelor semester or a Master’s program in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, or a comparable degree.
  • •You have an interest in building cost management or cost controlling within project management.
  • •Ideally, you have gained initial practical experience in project management or project steering for complex building projects.
  • •You have very good German and English skills (at least C1 level) and work well in international, multicultural teams.
  • •You bring an independent, structured, and careful working style as well as drive and teamwork orientation.
