Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide HR guidance to employees and leaders on HR questions, policies, and workplace concerns.
  • •Handle employee relations intake and support investigations, documentation, fact-finding, and case management.
  • •Administer attendance, reporting, audits, and workforce transaction processing.
  • •Process HR transactions including Change of Status (COS), employee transfers, shift changes, department moves, and organizational updates.
  • •Create and maintain job descriptions and organizational data; analyze workforce data for reports and support offboarding and engagement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • •0-3 years’ experience in HR as an HR Coordinator, administrative support professional, or related role, or a Master’s degree in Human Resources.
  • •Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • •Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain employee data accuracy and integrity.
  • •Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and deliver customer service in a fast-paced environment.
