Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide functional production support for Oracle and SAP accounts payable systems and related Eaton interfaces.
  • •Implement and support an end-to-end GRIR/GRNI/APPO support model globally.
  • •Lead transition and project management for GRIR/GRNI/APPO accounting centralization/optimization initiatives, including planning, process design, UAT, and post-transition support.
  • •Drive controls and compliance by ensuring APPO reconciliations and processes follow financial policies and PTP key controls.
  • •Support continuous improvement by identifying APPO process patterns and translating findings into process improvements, including functional requirements and test/data validation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • •2–3 years of varied accounting, information systems, or finance experience.
  • •Knowledge of Purchase to Pay processes, invoice processing, reconciliation, and vendor query resolution.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot AP-related system issues.
  • •Financial accounting systems experience in AP and/or GL within SAP and/or Oracle platforms.
