Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage settlement for premiums and commissions, credit control, and daily finance operations for intermediaries in the agency portfolio.
  • •Establish and improve credit control processes; perform write-off proposals for non-collectible premiums.
  • •Issue Notice of Cancellation and Letter of Demand, and liaise with external agencies/law firms for premium recovery.
  • •Perform reconciliation of funds received, inter-system and suspense reconciliations, and support receipting allocation and reconciliation.
  • •Communicate with intermediaries and internal teams to resolve discrepancies; support finance transformation/UAT for system improvements and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •Tertiary education in accountancy/finance or related studies such as business administration.
  • •3+ years of experience in credit control and experience in the insurance industry (insurance company or intermediary).
  • •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • •High integrity with strong attention to detail.
  • •Ability to handle complex finance operations (closing, reporting, finance operations) and understand data flows.
