Job Summary

Partner with finance teams to enhance and optimize critical business processes inside a global ERP environment. Leverage finance knowledge to support accounting, reporting, and operational workflows while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions. Serve as an ERP subject-matter resource, steward process and data standards, troubleshoot user issues, and perform analytical and ad hoc reporting—while mentoring other analysts and driving continuous improvement.

•Identify system and process improvement opportunities and guide end users on configuration options and impacts.
•Mentor Business Analysts and manage projects using Emerson and Professional Tools methodologies, including troubleshooting with ERP technical support.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in any field, or equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree.
•5+ years’ experience preferred in Business Analyst roles, or equivalent finance experience.

•Comprehension of standard cost accounting, financial reporting, and inventory movement.
•Familiarity with Automatic Accounting Instructions and awareness of internal controls, multi-currency, and audit compliance.
