•Handle hail repair and repair of creases and body lines using advanced techniques.
•Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana’s high-tech Inspection Centers.
•Support production needs by working mandatory overtime when business needs require it.
•Maintain safe work practices using required protective equipment.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
•Use advanced glue-pulling techniques, including hail repair, repair creases and body lines, and larger-sized dents on steel and aluminum panels.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
•Use safety equipment such as face shields or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments/equipment.
