Senior Operations Manager

Oversee multiple reconditioning lines at the Inspection & Reconditioning Center, planning production and managing facilities to hit targets for production, cost, and quality. Lead root-cause problem solving for throughput and efficiency bottlenecks, run weekly performance reviews, and guide daily huddles. Support continuous improvement projects and develop Reconditioning Leads and Managers through coaching, feedback, and competency-based development, while enforcing health, safety, and loss-prevention standards.
