Regional Banking Relationship Manager Senior

Acquire new business relationships and deepen existing customer partnerships by providing insights and guidance to business owners. Manage a portfolio of complex loan relationships, including structuring and closing profitable transactions, monitoring creditworthiness, and maintaining required documentation. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver complete credit packages and support quarterly portfolio reviews. Serve as backup to the Market Manager and mentor more junior colleagues, while representing the bank in the local community.
