•Track project progress and KPIs, using data to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
•Develop and refine service delivery methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications in project/service management are a plus.

•Ability to translate client needs into actionable plans using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
•Strong project management skills with proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience crafting and delivering content using multimedia formats desired.
