Job Summary

Lead the global Revenue Cycle Learning and Quality Assurance programs within Huron Managed Services, driving strategic vision for staff training and leadership development while scaling QA across delivery teams. Partner with Operations, Technology and HR to implement AI-powered learning, automation and analytics, ensuring rapid activation, strong outcomes, compliance, and high client satisfaction across geographies.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee enterprise-wide Revenue Cycle learning programs with role-based pathways and leadership tracks across global delivery
•Lead onboarding and staff development initiatives to reduce time-to-proficiency and ensure global readiness
•Develop leadership programs for supervisors, managers, and directors focusing on strategic thinking, client relationship management, and change leadership
•Drive adoption of enterprise programs and tech platforms (e.g., Workday/LinkedIn Learning) across HMS roles and shifts
•Partner with Technology to design AI/automation tools that enhance training delivery, quality monitoring, and performance analytics

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
•10+ years in senior leadership roles with experience in revenue cycle learning and development, quality assurance, healthcare revenue cycle operations, or consulting
•Experience leveraging advanced AI, automation, and analytics platforms to support and transform training delivery and quality assurance operations at enterprise scale
•Demonstrated experience scaling and optimizing teams in high-growth and matrixed environments
•Experience with shared services, managed services models, and managing global delivery teams
